Abstract
This paper introduces the domestic actuality about the pre-tightening force about the nut of the turbocharger shaft and some pre-tightening methods, analyzes the effect of the methods on the pre-tightening force. Based on the study on the pre-tightening force of the general bolt, this paper proposes a calculation method which is used to calculate the pre-tightening force about the nut of the turbocharger shaft according to the analysis and experimentation. It proves the feasibility and correctness of the method by reference to the existing specimens.
