Da viele Schwangerschaften ungeplant sind, sollte man bei jeder Therapie von Patientinnen im reproduktionsfähigen Alter von einer möglichen Gravidität ausgehen und Arzneimittel mit ausreichender Dokumentation ihrer Wirksamkelt und ihrer Verträglichkeit für das Ungelborene bevorzugen.
