Zusammenfassung

Die Koronararterien dienen der arteriellen Versorgung des Myokards und des Erregungsleitungssystems (Sinusknoten, Atrioventrikularknoten). Die Koronararterien sind dabei funktionelle Endarterien. Neben einem komplexen anatomischen Aufzweigungsmuster zeigen die Koronararterien eine große Vielfalt an Varianten. Die Standard-Anatomie der Koronararterien ist in weniger als 50% aller Patienten zu finden.
