Abstract

A 65-year-old woman with stable ischemic heart disease presented with renal insufficiency (creatinine, 1.4). Ultrasound showed the absence of the right kidney. Abdominal CT to evaluate the absence of the kidney incidentally detected a tumor in the left hypochondrium, which was followed up with MRI 3 months later.
