Abstract
This paper focuses on the problematic of the intermediation among a user who looks for an appropriate online course and those suppliers which could offer it. More specifically, it briefly describes a proposal of a development framework that allow the construction of advanced brokerage systems in the e-learning domain. This framework makes use of semantic technologies in order to improve the traditional search systems and to make it easier the management of the involved information.
