Abstract

A test bed has been developed in which participants are tasked to work in simulated, scenario based, projects in which face-to-face and remote meetings of about 45 minutes have to be held. Measures on performance, team factors and remote aspects are automatically collected with electronic questionnaires. The sensitivity and reliability of these questionnaires are positively evaluated. The test bed is now ready to be used for evaluating how well meeting assistants support collocated meetings and videoconferencing.
