Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, progressive polyarticular inflammation of unknown origin, with autoimmune pathomechanism, causes destruction of joints and severe disability, often accompanied by extraarticular changes. Serological signs are the presence of rheuma factor and antifilaggrin positivity.
