Zusammenfassung

Wichtigstes Prinzip der Diagnostik ist die Definition des Zuviel und Zuwenig einzelner Blutbildungsreihen oder der hämopoetischen Potenz des Knochenmarks. Die vielfältigen Formen, ihre morphologischen und funktionellen Befunde bei Anämien und bei Erythrozytose, die angeborenen und reaktiven Formen der Störungen der Granulozytopoese und Monozytopoese, isolierte Vermehrungen einzelner Granulozytenarten und die nicht neoplastischen Erkrankungen der Thrombozytopoese werden in diesem Kapitel dargestellt. Die Befunde, in denen die morphologische Diagnostik allein oft an ihre Grenzen stößt, werden übersichtlich zusammengefasst, so dass immer eine komprehensive diagnostische Gesamtschau und Differenzialdiagnose der Krankheitsbilder und ihrer Pathogenese resultiert.
