Zusammenfassung

Deszensus und Prolaps der Urogenitalorgane stellen eine häufige Problematik dar, welche die Lebensqualität der Patientin erheblich beeinflussen können (Definitionen s. Übersicht). Die Kriterien sind aufgrund allgemein unpräziser Klassifikationen und Graduierungen nur wenig objektivierbar und Therapieerfolge der Behandlung können daher nur eingeschränkt beurteilt werden.
