Abstract
As the development of Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) technology, the performance evaluation for it becomes more and more important. In this paper, we introduced the cloud theory into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in order to resolve the problem that the evaluation results are impressible to the values of index weights. At last, we compared our evaluation method with the general fuzzy comprehensive evaluation through the simulations with field test data. Then the simulation results proved the availability of the method we supposed.
