Detection of Chemical and Physical Parameters by Means of Organic Field-Effect Transistors

  • Chapter
Organic Semiconductors in Sensor Applications

Part of the book series: Materials Science ((SSMATERIALS,volume 107))

  • 2108 Accesses

The detection of physical and chemical parameters can be obtained by means of devices based on organic field effect transistors. In particular, the state of the art for pressure/deformation detectors and ion sensitive organic field effect transistors is presented. A perspective on applications in the field of robotics and wearable electronics is also described.
