Abstract
In this chapter the mass properties of spacecraft are discussed. The spacecraft are classified according to their mass (large, medium, mini, micro, nano and pico). Indications are given for the estimation of the spacecraft structure mass in relation to the total mass. Methods to calculate the mass characteristics (total mass, center of gravity, principle second moments of mass, etc.) of the spacecraft are presented.
