Abstract

The ORBI Ontology Mediator is a system designed to support users of arbitrary applications with semantic synchronization services. Its purpose is to reconcile, and thus mediate, the differences between ontologies. As a framework, it connects ontology engineering and artificial intelligence tools and combines them with application components based on the methodology developed above.
