Abstract

This article presents a novel real-time, multilayered data acquisition system based on the WOSA/XFS architecture, and implemented with the MSP430 microcontroller. For system validation, a test application was developed, in order to graphically display samples of the signals of interest, according to the sampling rate and the number of samples determined by the user.
