Abstract

In this paper, we propose new adaptive processor control algorithm to manage various multimedia communications. The most important feature of our proposed technique is its adaptability, flexibility and responsiveness to current system conditions. Simulation results clearly indicate that our scheme maintains well-balanced system performance considering all conflicting criteria.
