Abstract

Our study showed that in BMP2-treated U937 cells, p-p70S6 (Thr389) displayed increase in cytoplasm and decrease in nucleus. Total protein (sum of cytoplasm and nucleus) levels of p-p70S6 were not altered in the control and BMP2-treated cells (Figs. 49 and 50).
