Zusammenfassung

Das breite Spektrum der gutartigen ekkrin und apokrin differenzierten Adnextumoren wird dargestellt und es wird auf histologische Varianten und morphologische Übergänge zwischen einzelnen Tumorentitäten hingewiesen. Da sich Porokarzinome, Spiradenokarzinome, Zylindrokarzinome und Hidradenokarzinome aus vorbestehenden gutartigen Läsionen entwickeln, werden die differentialdiagnostisch wichtigsten Abgrenzungskriterien dieser Karzinome dargestellt. Das mikrozystische Adnexkarzinom hat große Ähnlichkeit mit gutartigen syringoiden und follikulären Adnextumoren. Dieses Karzinom wird über den Nachweis des infiltrierenden Tumorwachstums mit perineuralen Tumorausläufern diagnostiziert. Die diagnostischen Herausforderungen im breiten morphologischen Spektrum des ausschließlich akral vorkommenden aggressiven digitalen papillären Adenokarzinoms werden besprochen.
