Zusammenfassung

Häufige entzündliche und nichtinfektiöse Hauterkrankungen werden alphabetisch vorgestellt. Das Spektrum umfasst Follikulitiden wie Akne vulgaris und Rosacea, Arzneimittelexantheme, Ekzemreaktionen, Intoleranzreaktionen (EEM), Vaskulitiden, lichenoide Erkrankungen, Autoimmundermatosen sowie auch Porokeratosen und die erythematosquamösen Dermatosen wie die Psoriasis und Pityriasis rubra pilaris. Da eine exakte Diagnose entzündlicher Dermatosen eine Kenntnis des klinischen Bildes erfordert, wird das makroskopische Bild dem mikroskopischen Grundmuster gegenüber gestellt. Es wird bei den jeweiligen Dermatitiden auf das Verteilungsmuster der Entzündungszellen im Gewebe eingegangen, weiterhin werden die verschiedenen Typen der Gewebsreaktionsmuster diskutiert. Ferner wird die Histopathologie der jeweiligen Dermatosen in Abhängigkeit von ihrer zeitlichen Entwicklung besprochen. Es wird weiterhin auf die klinische Symptomatik, den Verlauf und die Prognose der jeweiligen Dermatose eingegangen.
