Abstract
This paper overviews several problems in Kansei engineering such as Comparison of Intelligent systems with Kansei systems, Kansei dialog, family and individuals, framework of a Kansei system, non-verbalized area, and exchange from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. Then emphasis is put on importance of the two dimensional space defined by natural and artificial Kansei.
