Abstract
This chapter treats the fluid phases in which particles have random distributions. The concepts of phase diagrams, of transitions, under equilibrium conditions, between gaseous and condensed phases and of critical points arise here. This chapter introduces similarity or scaling laws. especially in the context of rare gas systems
