Ein 74-jähriger Patient stellt sich zur Einholung einer Zweitmeinung und möglicher operativer Versorgung bei Status nach Spritzeninfekt mit nachfolgender hämatogener Streuung und septischer Arthritis des rechten Ellbogens in unserer Klinik vor. Nach Vorbehandlungen in wechselnden Einrichtungen bestand aufgrund des schlechten Befundes der Wunsch nach unabhängiger, neutraler Begutachtung und Therapieempfehlung.
