Abstract
During the past decades the lives of many women in developed countries have undergone essential changes. After a longer and more specialized professional formation many women follow a career before starting a family. Therefore, births to women 30 and older continue to rise, which is associated with increased maternal and fetal risks during pregnancy (Nabukera et al. 2006). Moreover, as the risk of developing breast cancer increases with age, more women are confronted with breast cancer during their childbearing years.
