Auszug

Bei der Aufklärung zur Schwangerschaft und Geburt nach Sterilitätstherapie muss Folgendes berücksichtigt werden:

  • Es besteht ein sterilitätabhängiges erhöhtes Abortrisiko, welches offenbar durch die Behandlung nicht beeinflusst wird.

  • Es besteht ein erhÖhtes Risiko für ektope Schwangerschaften (1:15–1:35 gegenüber 1:50–1:100).

  • Es besteht ein massiv erhöhtes Risiko für heterotope Schwangerschaften (1:100 gegenüber 1:30.000).

  • Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko für Mehrlingsgraviditäten mit entsprechend assoziierten Problemen.

  • Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko für Schwangerschaftskomplikationen (z. B. Präeklampsie).

  • Es besteht, unabhängig von der gewählten Behandlungsform, ein erhöhtes Risiko für ein zu niedriges Geburtsgewicht, welches ebenfalls mit der Sterilität assoziiert auch unabhängig von einer Behandlung aufzutreten scheint.

  • Es besteht ein erhöhtes Fehlbildungsrisiko in allen Schwangerschaften nach assistierter Reproduktion gegenüber spontan konzipierten Schwangerschaften.
