Zusammenfassung

Distale metaphysäre Femurfrakturen sind im Kindesalter sehr selten, epiphysäre Frakturen stellen eine absolute Rarität dar. Femorale knöcherne Kollateralbandausrisse werden nur vereinzelt beobachtet und „flake fractures“ werden im Zusammenhang mit Patellaluxationen beobachtet.
