Zusammenfassung

Phakomatosen sind neuroektodermale Erkrankungen. Das bedeutet, dass vorwiegend Strukturen die aus dem Ektoderm entstehen, betroffen sind, also das Nervensystem, die Haut und die Augen. Die häufigsten Phakomatosen sind die Neurofibromatosen Typ 1 und 2, die tuberöse Sklerose, das Sturge-Weber-Syndrom und die Hippel-Lindau-Erkrankung.
