Zusammenfassung

Tumoren des Auges sind bei Kindern nicht selten. Sie können isoliert vorkommen, aber auch Teil eines Syndroms sein. Bisweilen sehen Tumoren der Augen auch kongenitalen Veränderungen ähnlich — es ist daher wichtig, die einzelnen Merkmale genau zu kennen und zu unterscheiden. Tabelle 19.1 gibt einen Überblick über die verschiedenen orbitalen Tumoren im Kindesalter.
