Abstract
We report our early results from very deep (V ~ 25) photometry of two open clusters, NGc 2477 and NGc 2420, from which we derive their present-day mass functions down to ≤ 0. 2 M⊙. These data were acquired with the aberration-corrected Hubble Space Telescope using the Wide Field and Planetary camera.
