Zusammenfassung
Die dissoziativen Störungen und Konversionsstörungen gelten gemeinsam mit den akuten und posttraumatischen Belastungsstörungen als die zentralen Erkrankungen im Bereich der stressbezogenen psychiatrischen Störungen. Auch wenn beinahe regelhaft in der Vorgeschichte von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit diesen Erkrankungen eine große Bandbreite bezüglich Schwere und Art der Belastungen zu erheben sind, erscheint das Vorkommen von traumatischen Lebenserfahrungen jedoch nicht als hinreichende Erklärung für die Genese der dissoziativen Störungen und Konversionsstörungen.
