Abstract
Preliminary studies in air on a laminated food wrapper and carbon black powder have been used to compare the usefulness of the two techniques for obtaining depth-resolved information, and also as part of an effort to model the complex photoacoustic (PA) response via a photothermal deflection (PD) method.
