Abstract

In the present chapter we will go through the technique of EERPE. For didactic reasons we will present every single step of the operation with a drawing and a corresponding endoscopic image. Both conventional (wide excision) and intrafascial nerve-sparing procedures will be presented step by step. The authors gratefully acknowledge the assistance of Mr. Jens Mondry in preparing the computer imagings and Mr. Gottfried Müller in preparing the black and white figures (hand drawings).
