Binary Systems. Part 5: Binary Systems Supplement 1

Abstract

This document is part of Subvolume B5 'Binary Systems. Part 5: Binary Systems Supplement 1' of Volume 19 'Thermodynamic Properties of Inorganic Materials' of Landolt-Börnstein - Group IV 'Physical Chemistry'.

It provides an overview of the thermodynamic properties and the mixing behaviour of the binary system Ni-Pb (Nickel - Lead). It contains a description of the properties of Ni-Pb, and calculated thermodynamic data, which is represented in figures and tables:

Fig. 1. Calculated phase diagram for the system Ni-Pb.

Table I. Phases, structures and models.

Table II. Invariant reactions.

Table IIIa. Integral quantities for the liquid phase at 1900 K.

Table IIIb. Partial quantities for Ni in the liquid phase at 1900 K.

Table IIIc. Partial quantities for Pb in the liquid phase at 1900 K.
