Abstract

Though XP often works well initially, creating, maintaining, and nurturing a healthy XP environment is key to the success of any XP project. This challenge is often quite difficult as a project’s culture is affected by many forces; project size, project duration, varying skills sets, egos, schedules, and external project dependencies are just a few issues that must be addressed when accessing and maintaining the health of an XP project.
