Abstract

This chapter describes the SEMPER trials from user and business perspectives. The focus is on the evaluation of the trials, the feedback collected, and the lessons that were drawn. Therefore, information on trial implementation and set-up is only provided to support understanding of the evaluation results. The trials in this chapter were made with different business applications on top of SEMPER in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business Internet shopping scenarios.
