Abstract.
The tunnel under the Pannerdensch Canal (The Netherlands) has two strongly differing cross connections. In this article the design of the freezing bodies, the strutting systems and the definitive structures are explained. The execution process is given, as well as the monitoring results. Finally some conclusions and recommendations for future similar projects are formulated.
