Abstract

This paper presents a highly integrated system for automatically registering, guiding and assisting delegates of a conference. The delegate uses an iPAQ to communicate with a conference server system that delivers a variety of services that use fixed infrastructure to provide an ambient environment. The work was conducted as demo M1 of the Ambience European Project 2003.
