Abstract
Today’s increasingly competitive and expanding global marketplace requires companies to cope more e.ectively with rapidly changing market conditions than ever before. In order to survive in these highly volatile business eco-systems, companies are organizing themselves into integrated (virtual) enterprises, e.g., according to an integrated value chain.
