Integrated Optical Wavelength Multiplexer/Demultiplexer for Optical Communication

Abstract

We propose a new multiplexer/demultiplexer structure with tunable center wavelength and a bandwidth between several nm to 100 nm on InP by varying waveguide dimensions.
