Abstract

Otology is the medical speciality, in which most holographic investigations were carried out so far [1,2,3], This may be caused by the fact that many of the structures related to the ear act as vibration transmitters. Thus, to study the function or dysfunction of these structures, the utility of methods for highly resolving, contactless, threedimensional vibration analysis like those of holographic interferometry is evident.
