Abstract

The application of lasers to dermatologic research and clinical practice has been the subject of intensive investigation and has clearly been shown to have great promise [1, 2]. Particularly, the pioneering work of GOLDMAN [1–7] has convincingly demonstrated the effectiveness of the clinical use of lasers in dermatology.
