Nervenverletzungen an der oberen Extremität sind häufig. Grundlage einer suffizienten Therapie ist eine genaue Kenntnis ihrer Anatomie, die richtige Deutung des klinischen Lähmungsbildes und der gezielte Einsatz von Zusatzdiagnostik.
