Zusammenfassung

Erworbene Defekte entstehen am Ohr durch Tumoren, Traumata, speziell Verbrennungen. Bei Tumoren des Ohres, die ca. 5–10% aller Malignome im Kopf-Hals-Bereich ausmachen, handelt es sich meist um Hauttumoren, vorwiegend Spinaliome. Die Rekonstruktion von Ohrdefekten sind technisch oft schwierig und stellen hohe Anforderungen an das ästhetische Ergebnis. Wichtig ist v. a. eine ungestörte Kontur des Ohrrandes, weniger entscheidend ist eine exakte Symmetrie, da beide Ohren nur selten gleichzeitig wahrgenommen werden.
