Zusammenfassung

Die Stirnregion wird nach kranial von der vorderen Skalpregion, seitlich durch die Schläfen und kaudal durch die Augenbrauen und die Glabella begrenzt (◘ Abb. 14.1). Sie ist von einem dünnen Hautmantel bedeckt, der aus dünner Haut und Subkutanschicht und dem M. frontalis besteht, der von einer dünnen supramuskulären Faszie bedeckt ist. Unter dem M. frontalis findet sich eine unelastische adhärente Schicht, durch die die Verschieblichkeit der darüberliegenden Gewebelagen limitiert ist.
