Zusammenfassung
Lokalanästhetika hemmen die Nervenleitfähigkeit durch eine Blockade der Na-Kanäle innerhalb der Zellmembran. Die Wirkdauer ist abhängig von der lokalen Konzentration und vom Blutfluss der betreffenden Nervenfaser. Je höher die Fettlöslichkeit des Agens, desto länger ist die Wirkdauer.
