Abstract
Heating effects in individual devices are investigated using GIG A3 D Silvaco simulator. By utilizing the THERMAL3D module of the Silvaco simulation framework, we also investigate heating effects due to device-device interactions. Our simulation results suggest that both factors have to be accounted for if, for example, proper output device characteristics are desired.
