Abstract

We present the theory of quantum probability in the finite-dimensional case. We explain the effect of a measurement, as a completely positive stochastic map, and also discuss the case of two or more observers, which is called the quantum game. So this chapter, while entirely elementary, may still contain something new to the reader.
