Abstract
In this Chapter we will go through some of the computations discussed in Chapter 8. We will use the same data as in Chapter 7, except now c = 2, so we may compare the result of increasing the number of servers from c = 1 to c = 2. At the end of Chapter 7 we concluded that the system was too congested and we suggested adding another server. In this chapter we will see what happens when we do add another identical server.
