Abstract

We have two models for the fuzzy queuing system: (1) using fuzzy probabilities in section 13.2; and (2) using fuzzy arrival/service rates in section 13.3. Sections 13.2 and 13.3 are written so they can be read independently, so the model details in 13.2 are repeated in 13.3.
