Neben den Opioidanalgetika, deren Verordnung auch 2005, besonders bei den starken Opioidanalgetika, in Fortsetzung des Trends der Vorjahre weiter zugenommen hat (+23%), sind auch die Verordnungszahlen bei den nicht opioiden Analgetika 2005 nach dem Verordnungseinbruch des Vorjahres wieder angestiegen (+16%). In der Substitutionsbehandlung opioidabhängiger Personen sind Methadon, Levomethadon und Buprenorphin vermehrt verordnet worden, während die nicht sachgerechte Verwendung von Dihydrocodein kaum noch eine Rolle spielt.
