Entzündliche Lungenkonsolidierungen

Zusammenfassung

Bei pneumonischen Lungeninfiltrationen lassen sich sonomorphologisch typische Veränderungen (Bronchoaerogramme, Einschmelzungen, parapneumonische Ergüsse) nachweisen. Pneumonien können primär bettseitig entdeckt werden. Das Ausmaß der Infiltration kann durch Artefakte im Ultraschall unterschätzt werden. Die Wiederbelüftung korreliert gut mit dem klinischen Verlauf.

Die Wertigkeit der Thoraxsonographie bei Pneumonie liegt im Abschätzen begleitender pleuraler Flüssigkeit, in der rechtzeitigen Entdeckung von Abszessbildungen und in der ultraschallgeführten Erregergewinnung, in der Verlaufskontrolle insbesondere bei Schwangeren und Kindern.

Bei Tuberkulose und bei Lungengerüsterkrankungen ist die Sonographie in der Darstellung von geringen Pleuraergüssen und subpleuralen Konsolidierungen methodisch optimal und somit auch für Verlaufskontrollen unverzichtbar.
