Abstract

In a special education school, teachers are devising various devices for supporting intellectual handicapped children. Many of those devices are effective also to people without a handicap. If we can develop products and systems that handicapped persons can use easily, they should be able to be safe and comfortable also for ordinary persons. This paper is introducing the possibility and availability of universal design of knowledge that based on practice in a special education school.
